Article 51

The board of directors may, by resolution, appoint as an honorary member of the corporation any person who has rendered service to the corporation through his work or through his donations, or who has shown his support for the goals pursued by the corporation.

Honorary members may participate in the activities of the corporation and attend meetings of members, but they are not entitled to vote at such meetings. They are not eligible to be directors of the corporation, and they are not required to pay dues or contributions to the corporation.
