Article 50
A user member of the corporation is any person interested in the aims and activities of the corporation and complying with the admission standards established from time to time by resolution of the board of directors, to whom the board of directors, upon request for this purpose, grants the status of user member.
User members may participate in the activities of the corporation and attend meetings of members, but they are not entitled to vote at such meetings. They are not eligible as directors of the corporation.
